This camera is operated by the Laguna Garden Hotel in Ginowan and looks west over the East China Sea. The hotel sits inside Ginowan Seaside Park, next to the marina district, roughly half an hour by road from Naha Airport.
Directly below the view is Tropical Beach, at the seaward end of the park, with Ginowan Marina alongside it. The same park holds the Okinawa Convention Center, which is why this stretch of coast carries far more hotel and event traffic than a beach this size otherwise would.
